We aim to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right, refund or exchange. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@sanpostudios.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and intent to return.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include personalized or custom-made items.

2-Year Legal Guarantee
All products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee under EU law. If your item is faulty or not as described, contact us at info@sanpostudios.com and we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
